The key qualities we search for in a candidate are loyalty and reliability.  PA/EAs have to deal with confidential issues in their Executive's personal and business lives so trust and discretion is of high importance.  Being highly organised, proactive, meticulous, a multi-tasker and having excellent attention to detail, communication and written skills are also essential.  An important aspect of a good working relationship is trust and respect for each other so your PA/EA can give you the best support possible.  

Headhunters tend to specialise in senior roles or specific industries, but an excellent PA/EA doesn't always come to you and is not necessarily easy to place.  You have to go out there and seek them and that's where we come in.
